Academy Programs Currently Available

All of our programs has a well developed and thought out curriculum.


Freestyle / Greco Roman Training (Spring... March - May)

Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Join some of the best wrestlers in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. This is where IHSA/IKWF/IESA Champions are learning skills before that attain the title of "State Champion".

Private Lessons (available upon request... please request by email wrestling@alphawrestling.com)

Private lessons are available starting with 2 individuals and going as large as 6 individuals. These will be conducted with one of several skilled coaches from the area. Private lessons can be requested in Folkstyle, Freestyle or Greco Roman.

Champions Preseason Training (September - October)

Tuesdays, Thursdays (6:00pm - 7:30pm) and Sundays (3:00pm - 4:30pm)

This program is to prepare and develop wrestlers for the upcoming season by drilling basic techniques along with the learning of some new technique to add to your existing knowledge. We will also have some conditioning to get you prepared to compete right out of the gate in November.
